Editing and applying attributes to text requires positioning the cursor or selecting text.
The following methods are available when using the Text Tool:

Moving text cursor:
- Left-Mouse Click:
Position cursor under pointer.
- Arrows:
Move forward/backwards one character, move up/down one line.
- Ctrl-Arrows:
Move forward/backwards one word, move up/down one line.
- Home:
Move to start of line.
- End:
Move to end of line.
- Ctrl-Up Arrow:
Move up one paragraph.
- Ctrl-Down Arrow:
Move down one paragraph.
- Ctrl-Home:
Move to start of text.
- Ctrl-End:
Move to end of text.

Selecting text:
- Left-Mouse Drag:
Select text under drag.
- Double Left-Mouse Click:
Select word under pointer.
- Triple Left-Mouse Click:
Select text line under pointer.
- Shift-Arrows:
Move start or end of selection one character in arrow direction.
- Shift-Ctrl-Left/Right Arrows:
Move start or end of selection to beginning of word in arrow direction.
- Shift-Ctrl-Up/Down Arrows:
Move start or end of selection to character in line above or below current line.
- Ctrl-A:
Select all text in current text object.
